Iran: more March 3, 2013


ILNA reports that the Iranian Minister of Information warned for the abuse of government budgets for illegitimate purposes in the presidential and city council elections.
The elections will take place in June 2013.
After two terms as president, Ahmadinejad is not eligible to run in the 2013 elections, but there is speculation that he might be grooming his allies to take his place.

Currently she is serving a prisonsentence of 4 years and 74 lashes in Evinprison.
She was charged with “moharebeh” (enmity with God), “propaganda against the regime,” and “illegal gathering with the intent of disturbing national security.”
