Iran: what about?

Sunday, the San Francisco Chronicle had an article about the increased persecution of the Ahwazi people.
Ahwaz (Arabistan, Khuzestan) is a major oil-rich province, whose oilfields produce 90% of Iran's oil, nearly 10% of the OPEC production.
The population are mainly Ahwaz Arabs.


Rumors say that Abdullah al-Mansouri is executed.

According to Omroep Limburg these rumors are investigated by as well Dutch Foreign Ministry as Amnesty International.
His son told daily De Limburger he received the first disturbing phonecalls end of last week and fears the possibility that his father already was executed October 20.



In Iran deathpenalty is in use. Also for child offenders.

Children are being hanged to death.
