Iran: time

The daily Etemad writes that September 1, in the prison of the city of Arak a man is
hanged.
The man was convicted for murdering his wife.



Thursday, September 4th, 03.13 local time an earthquake occurred near Mosiam, Ilam province.
There are no reports of injures or damages.



September 3 is in Tehran a 17 years old boy Yashar was flogged.
He was convicted of raping a girl two years ago when he was 15 years old.
According to newsagency Fars the boy was together with two other boys sentenced to 90 lashes and 7 years in prison.



Iranian students in the Netherlands take Dutch State to court (Dutch) or (English) for the decision to exclude them as of 1 July from taking certain courses and visiting certain places if Iran could make use of these to develop nuclear weaponry.
These restrictions are based on United Nations resolution 1737.
