In the prison of Shahre-Kord, Chaharmahal- Bakhtiari province are 3 men hanged in the past weeks.
According to newsagency Fars the prosecutor of the city of Shahre-Kord, said that the men, "A.D." (fathers name Lotfollah) November 10., Shahab Shahabi November 17. and Hassan Baba-ahmadi son of Lotfali, November 24,all were sentenced for murder.
Also four others who are sentenced to death are in the phase of implementation of the verdict.



Monday, December 8, 18.11hrs local time, an earthquake, measuring 5.2 on Richter scale happened on Qeshm Island in the Persian Gulf.
This was the second eartquake within 24 hours.
No further information is known.




According to Iranian lawmaker Kazem Jalili, various members of the group Jundullah are arrested in connection with the execution of 16 police officers who were abducted from Sistan-e-Baluchistan to Pakistan.
The captured terrorists are to be brought to the justice in near future and their open hearing will be broadcasted.
Jalili also said that from information and documents obtained by Pakistani government, some elements inside Pakistan are supporting Jundullah group.
Also the Arab website Nahrainnet wrote that Saudi-Arabian Intelligence agencies have significantly increased their support for the group.


The Mausoleum of Esther and Mordecai in Hamedan is registered by Iran in the National Heritage List.
This mausoleum is a jewish pilgrimplace where Esther, King Xerxes wife (Esther from the bible) is buried with her uncle Mordecai.
