Iran: in accordance with?

IRNA reports that France wants to pay bail for the release of Clotilde Reiss, who is imprisoned on charge of espionage.
Prosecutor Saeed Mortazavi said that even when Reiss is released on bail, she will not be allowed to leave the country.
Last Saturday she stood on trial with Nazak Afshar a member from the French embassy and dozens of others in the second mass trial of protestors in Tehran.

The location of the 3 Americans Shane Bauer, Sarah Shourd and Joshua Fattal, is still unknown .
Neither familymembers or the USAgovernment know.
The 3 were apprehended when they crossed the Iran-Iraq borderline in Nort-Iraq.

Iranian judiciary set the trialdate against 7 imprisoned Baha'i for next Tuesday.
This happened despite the fact that the lead lawyers registered with the court to represent them are either in prison or outside the country.
Efforts to have the accused released on bail have not succeeded.
Abdolfattah Soltani, one of the lawyers and co-founder of Defenders of Human Rights Center, who is in Evinprison himself, has received a notice, dated July 15, saying that 18 August 9.a.m. Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran has been set as the trial date for the seven Baha’is.
The other lawyer, Shirin Ebadi remains outside the country.

Mrs. Fariba Kamalabadi, Mr. Jamaloddin Khanjani, Mr. Afif Naeimi, Mr. Saeid Rezaie, Mrs. Mahvash Sabet, Mr. Behrouz Tavakkoli, and Mr. Vahid Tizfahm

Commander Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari of Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) said Tuesday that efforts are necessary to confront soft threats on cultural, economic, political and social grounds.
IRGC strategy contains preventative measures, full intelligence information on the type of a given threat and the time of its occurrence and plans for preventing its occurrence and formation.
He also said that the IRGC is preparing infrastructures for confronting military, hard and soft threats, adding that the IRGC entrusted the duty for confrontation against soft threats to the Basij (volunteer) forces.
According to him safeguarding the government's rulings is the main mission of the IRGC based on Article 150 of the Constitution,
