Iran: suspicions

Daily Kayhan wrote that in Isfahan two men were hanged.
Hassan R. (33) was convicted for drugstrafficking and Ghorbanali M (22) was convicted for a murder two years ago.The exact date of the executions was not revealed..

The Leader of Iran Ayatollah Khamenei has endorsed President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for his second term in office.
Heads of the three branches of the government, Ayatollah Ahmad Jannati, Mohsen Rezaei and a number of members of the Assembly of Experts and the Parliament, the Cabinet and foreign ambassadors in Tehran attended the ceremony held on Monday.
Wednesday Ahmadinejad will be sworn in as President.
After that, he has two weeks to introduce his cabinet to law-makers for their approval.

Iran has confirmed that 3 American hitchhikers, Shane Bower, Sara Short and Joshua Fattal, aged between 27 and 36 years, were arrested.
Swiss embassy in Tehran is attempting to find out the whereabouts and condition of the tourists, because US has had no diplomatic relations with Tehran since 1979.

A senior Iraqi official told that 35 arrested PMOI-members were transfered from Camp Ashraf to Bagdad for questioning. The attack costed the lives of at least 11 people.
A spokesman of the Peoples Mujahedeen said that 36 people were arrested, of which 32 were transfered to Baquba and 4 are still missing.
