In the prison of Hamedan three men are hanged.
ISCA reported that they were convicted for rape in two different cases. Their names were not given.

In the prison of the city of Boroujerd, Lorestan province, are according to daily Kayhan, two men hanged.
The men who were not identified by name, were convicted of raping a woman.

August 3, has on the airfield of Ahwaz a Boeing707 of airline Saha made an emergency landing, due to technical problems.
The airplane was on its way to Tehran, carrying 174 passengers.It had to land after 10 minutes.

The ceremony of endorsement of Ahmadinejad to president yesterday, sparkled new clashes in Iran.
In several Tehran districts people and security forces clashed. The people were chanting "Death to the dictator" or stopped their cars and honked their horns.
At 10pm, like every night for the past weeks, people went to their roofs and chanted allah-hoo-akbar, to protest the Ahmadinejad gouvernment.
Yesterday at the endorsement ceremony it was noticed that Khamenei embraced Ahmadinejad when he entered his first term and yesterday they encountered each other awkwardly, with Ahmadinejad eventually leaning forward and kissing the supreme leader on the shoulder.
