December 31 were around 300 people, arrested on Ashura(December 27) transferred from Evinprison to the solitary cells of Gohardasht prison in Karaj.
They were handcuffed and black plastic bags were thrown over their heads.
Some people were severely tortured, they could hardly walk.
Human Rights and Democracy Activists in Iran reports that Section 8 of Gohardasht prison is also known as Revolutionary Guard ward, is directed by Ministry of Intelligence interrogators.
Human Rights and Democracy Activists in Iran emphasize that the prisoners who are transferred to this prison are in danger of being tortured, that would result in [false] confessions, and later on, harsh punishment in courts.
