Ahmad Bahari a juvenile offender who is sentenced to death has been forgiven and will not be executed.
When he was 15 he was charged with stabbing Abolfazl Ramazani during a fight.Since November 2006 he is in prison.He always has claimed self defense during the trial.
The family of the victim, Morteza Ramazani and Fatemeh Koorgoli, forgave Ahmad Bahari and ultimately saved him from execution.
With the decision of the judges in branch 71 of the provincial criminal court, Ahmad Bahari was released.

According to Harana News, a juvenile named Mehdi Sadeghlou, is at imminent risk of execution for killing another youth named "By" in 2008.
Human rights activists and his lawyer have not yet been able to convince the family of the deceased for forgiveness.

30 people, suspected of being members of “an organized US-linked cyber network” in Iran have been arrested.
The network goes by the name of “Iran Proxy".
Among other things, databases were downloaded, internetsites infiltrated and secure connections were made for internetusers and secure telephonelines were made for interviews with the US sponsored news agencies of Radio Farda, Radio Zamaneh and television networks of Voice of America
Authorities say that they received salaries in Iran in order to distribute over 70 thousand proxies through the internet.
The statement also accuses the US of establishing a cover for the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran under the guise of Human Rights Activists Network.
Sadegh Naghashkar and Behrouz Javid Tehrani are named as the founders of this Network which was established over four years ago. The two were arrested in July of 2009 in the post-election events.

Fars News Agency reported Sunday that Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps hacked into 29 Web sites affiliated with U.S. espionage networks.
The statement said that the websites acted against Iran's national security under the cover of human rights activities,. It did not disclose details of the attacks.
The names of the 29 websites are (in Farsi) announced on a IRGC website.
Some of the hacked domain names pointed to a single Web site, hra-iran.org, which displayed on its main page: "This website is temporarily unavailable, please try again later." Other domain names led to sites that were also unavailable.
