IRNA reported that Monday in the prison of Zahedan, Abdolhamid Rigi, the brother of Abdolmalek Rigi, the leader of the Jundullahgroup has been hanged.
On June 6 2009 Iranian media reported also that Andolhamid Rigi was hanged.

Majid Tavakoli declared a full hungerstrike after he was transferred to the isolation ward of ward 240 of Evinprison.
He told a few prisoners of plans to go on a hunger strike if he was transferred to solitary confinement.
According to reports, over the past week, his health deteriorated and he was sent to the prison clinic on a few occasions.

Masoud Heydari, former managing director of ILNA has been released May 19.
May 15 he started his prisonsentence of 3 months and 1 day.
He was convicted after complaints of the minister’s consultant and the director of public relations in the Ministry of Labour, head of the office of legal affairs of ministry of Labour, the head of Amir Kabir University of Technology, the Ministry of Higher Education, and a student from Amir Kabir University

Hamed Rouhinejad, is sentenced to 10 years in prison, to serve in the prison of Zanjan. He was accused of associating with the monarchist group Anjoman Padeshahi Iran. He was previously sentenced to death.
Although Rouhinejad suffers from MS and is physical incapable to withstand prison pressures , prisonofficers have prevented Rouhinejad’s family from delivering his medicine,

Humanrightsactivist,member of One Million Signatures Campaign, Kurdistan Human Rights Organization, and Tahkim-e Vahdat (office for consolidating unity) member Kaveh Ghasemi Kermanshahi who was arrested February 3, has been released May 22.
In recent days his family had submitted the $100,000 bail.
Kermanshahi was detained for over 100 days.
