Iran: difference

Last week, a woman was hanged in the city of Shirvand.
According to the local news website of Shirvan city was the unnamed woman sentenced for drugstrafficking.
According to this report several people have been hanged in Shirvan during the past weeks. Neither execution was reported in the official media.
According to other reports from the Iranian news agencies, three men were hanged in the southern Khorasan province during the month of Ramedan.
The head of the judiciary Larijani says that normally no people are executed in the month ramadan, but due to seriousness of their charges (rape of a woman),they were all executed in the month of Ramedan.
