Iran: further

The history of people put under housearrest or transferred to "safe houses", shows that majority of those persons were subjected to physical and psychological torture, and forced to make false confessions aired on state-controlled television, and that many of them died following lengthy detentions, and some were murdered.
International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran publishef an article because of the disappearance of Mousavi and Karroubi.


Parsa Bahmani journalist from Afsaneh newspaper in Shiraz has been arrested February 20th.Nothing is known about his whereabouts.
Hadi Vakilzadeh and Abdolkarim Soleimani have been arrested. Younes Yousefi was transferred to the criminal ward after his arrest on February 14th, to serve his 6 months prison sentence.
The mother of studentactivist Moein Eslami-Jam , the secretary of Islamic Student Association at Babol Noushiravani University, is arrested after securityagents raided the house.
In Khorasan were Adham Akhtari, Mozafar and Shamsollah Heidari, sunnileaders, arrested, nothing is known about their whereabouts.The imam of a mosque in Mashhad, Hafez Abdolrashid also was arrested.

The visiting rights of two political Kurdish prisoners, Lughman Moradi and Zanyar Moradi who have been sentenced to death, were revoked.
They were interrogated multiple times.
