Iran: action

The Iranian Ministry of Interior disqualified number of current MPs for running in the parliamentory elections in March.
Ali Motahari, Hamidreza Katouzian, Alireza Mahjoub, Ali Abbaspour Tehrani, Fatemeh Ajorloo, Abbasali Noura, Peymon Forouzesh, Ghodratollah Alikhani and Daryoosh Ghanbari all were criticising the government over the past year.
While the actual reason for the disqualification has not been announced, Ali Motaheri, says its because of the article he wrote over Parliament’s refusal to question on a series of administrative irregularities, and even offered his resignation.

January 10th 2012 Malaysian security officials threathened to deport the Iranian fugitive and activist journalist Ali Hosseinpoor Jamshidi to Iran.
Jamshidi was summoned and questioned for 2 hours about his personal background, relationships, financial resources, and his activism and journalistic work.
Malaysian officials told him that Iran is an important partner for Malaysia.They told him that if he continued his activities they would deport him.

This morning an Iranian nuclear scientist Mostafa Ahmadi-Roshan,32 was killed by a carbomb.
Fars newsagency reported that a magnetic bomb was placed on his car the same as in previous attacks on scientists.
Iran accuses Israel. Witnesses saw 2 men on motorcycles fix the bomb on the car.
A pedestrian was killed also and another person in the car was injured severely.
