In the past 2 days five women died under suspicious circumstances in Qarchak Prison in Varamin.At night their physical condition worsened but the infirmery refused to accept and treat them.
Their names are: Fatemeh Mohammadnia, 28, Hall 4, Shadi Nikkho, 22, Hall 5, Fataneh Abdali, 40, Hall 5, Sahar Soleimani, 21, Hall 5, Maryam Qods, 30, Hall 5.
The prisoninfirmery refuses to treat prisoners who commit suicide due to prison condition, as a result most prisoners die.

Human Rights and Democracy Activists in Iran reports that political prisoner Ali Moezi will be tried in the 15th branch of the Tehran Revolutionary Court for moharebe,enmity with god,which could carry the death sentence.
He is charged for the fact that his daughter lives in Camp Ashraf in Iraq, he is an ex-political prisoner from the 80's and he attended funeral services for deceased political prisoner Mohsen Dokmeh Chi.
Moezi suffers bladdercancer and is denied any treatment since his arrest.

According to reports were January 7th four prisoners from QezelHesar prison were transferred to solitary confinement, prior to execution.
Their names are: Amir Bakhshi, 35 Ali Geravand, 25, Hossein Tajik, 22 , Afghan, and an unnamed prisoner.
Also were on January 5th 15 prisoners who are awaiting their execution summoned to make confessions for camera to say that they were narcotics traffickers and that the Islamic Republic is doing them a favor by executing them because they deserve to be stoned to death.
All 15 prisoners refused to make such confessions.

The student Shokoufeh Moeddi has been expelled from university of Zahedan while she is from Bahai faith.
The news was received in a letter on December 31st 2011.
Although the reasons were not named in the letter, the administration told her verbally that the reason for her expulsion is her belief in the Baha’I Faith.
In Sari articles 27 and 28 of the trade union laws were the reasons for police department’s buildings unit to close down the business of Bahai Arman Safai and were searched. A laptop was confiscated.
On January 6th, a Bahai celebrationday, safetyagents raided the house of Bakhtiar Rasekhi, where a private religious ceremony was, searched, filmed those present and arrested 3 people.
Their names are Bakhtiar Rasekhi, his wife Farahnaz Naimi and their daughter Farin Rasekhi.
There is still no news of the whereabout of the three detainees.
