The wife of oppositionleader Mehdi Karroubi expressed her concern about the safety of the building in which her husband is being held. The building next to it is being demolished, and it is possible that it could collapse into this building.
Sunday she told a group of political activists that the security forces are intentionally ignoring her warnings, adding: “Some people are concerned that this may be turning into a setup".
The group former political prisoners and activists arrested before the revolution, met with Karroubi to share their memories during the struggles prior to the revolution.

Political activist Asal Esmaeilzadeh has been convicted by the revolutionary court to 4 months in prison with eight months suspended imprisonment.
The charges are propagating against the system, gathering and colluding. She is currently not imprisoned.
Recently she was arrested along with Peyman Aref and Shahrar Konoor Tabrizi on Behesht Zahra cemetery, under the charge of praying at Neda Agha Soltan’s grave site.

Webmaster and blogger Vahid Asghri has been sentenced to death by the revolutionary court.
In 2009 he and other web masters of internet sites opposing Islam had been arrested by cyberpolice of IRGC.
They were physically and psychologically tortured while in custody and were forced to appear in televised confessions.

The Iranian chief of police says that Google is no searc-engine but a spying tool.
He also said that people's information security should be protected against enemies and launching a national internet can serve to this protection.
He said that they are not cutting the cyber relations with abroad and international internet service by launching own national internet.

Former IRGCchief Hossein Alaei Monday wrote an article in newspaper Etalaat in which he compared Iran’s Supreme Leader with the late Shah before he was ousted during the Islamic revolution of 1979.
