Iran has begun military exercises in the Strait of Hormuz.
The exercises will last one week.
The exercises come after the West sent more warships to the region amid on-going tensions over Iran’s nuclear program.

Iranian websites reported that Saudi Arabia blocked the website of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
It is said that it was blocked because of Iran's influence on the "Islamic awakening." Iranian officials have been using the term as part of their efforts to put their own stamp on the Arab Spring uprisings, which they claim have been inspired by Iran's own 1979 revolution.
