Iran,: more October 2012

Iranian statemedia reported that on Monday September 24 in the prison of Tabriz 3 Afghan nationals were hanged.
The men, N. M., Sh. P. and Z.N. were sentenced for keeping and carrying drugs.

The journalists Masoud Bastani and Mehdi Mahmoudian serving long prison sentences in Evin prison, wrote a letter to Ali Akbar Javanfekr advisor of president Ahmadinejad who began a six-month term this week.
In this letter they wrote that they are happy that he did not have to go to Kahrizak (where protesters were abused after 2009 Presidential election).

The victims of the earthquake in August still live in tents.
Authorities failed in providing adequate housing. In some areas the debris from the quakes has not been cleared away yet or new construction is still at the stage of laying the foundation.
Living and bathing in tents will be almost impossible in the winter.


In Iran there are childoffenders, still on death row.

Children are being hanged to death.

A child will be hanged to death.
