Nahal Sahabi a friend of Behnam Ganji and Kouhyar Goudarzi committed suicide on the night of September 28th.
Sahabi was the girlfriend of Behnam Ganji and it is reported that she suffered from depression after his suicide.
Meanwhile, authorities gave no information 2 months after the arrest of Kouhiar Goudarzi. Unconfirmed is reported that he is in in ward 240 solitary confinement in Evin prison.

Studentactivist Ali Ajami i is in critical condition. He spends the last days of his two year of his 2-year sentence in Rajai Shahrprison in Karaj.
His brother says that he is ill and he is mentally and physically in bad condition. He has been denied basic rights including access to telephone and furlough granted to political prisoners.
His parents are incapable to travel to Karaj each week and they see their child every four months. His family lives in Sabzevar County in provincie Razavi Khorasan.
In the prison political prisoners are mixed with criminals. They also get harassed and beaten.

Human Rights Watch said that Iranian authorities should release pastor Yousef Nadarkhani immediately.
The pastor is charged with apostacy and is in prison of Rasht.

In the prison of the city of Qom is September 29 a man hanged.
The man, M.F. was accused of keeping 1572 grams and selling 2435 grams of crack.
Newsagencies Fars and Mehr reported that the man was arrested in October 2009 and sentenced to death in May 2010.

In Iran are 3 journalists, Mehrdad Sarjouei, Amir Ali Alamehzadeh, and Hadi Ahmadi arrested who work for statemedia.
Nothing is known about the whereabouts of Alamehzadeh who was arrested September 17th.

Iran: unnoticed

Chari Mohammad Moradof, a citizen of Turkmenistan is sentenced to 21 years in prison.
The website Kalemeh reports that one of the charges is taking pictures and recording videos of the post-election protests.
He and other foreign prisoners are in Evinprison and their court proceedings were illegally conducted in secret. Media-attention was focused on the American hikers.
Moradof is a student from Turkmenistan and political science graduate from the University of Tehran. He worked as a translator in Iran and was Master’s student of Diplomacy and International Organizations at the College of International Relations of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He studied under a scholarship from the Turkmenistan Ministry of Science and the Iranian Ministry of Science. He has been writing his thesis throughout his detention.

The U.S. Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) and the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) condemned Iran in a joint statement for the efforts to silence independent media.
They made the statement after the recent arrest of several documentary makers. These are accused of cooperating with BBC-Persia.
The arrest coincided with the airing of a documentary on BBC Persian television about Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Khamenei.

Sunday, September 18 were 8 men hanged in secret in Vakil Abadprison in Mashhad.
The men, Amir-Reza Chupan Sahranavard, son of Mohammad, Hadi Karimi son of Mohammad-Ali, Abolfazl Marati, Jalal Khiabani, son of Abbas, Javad Nazari, son of Ali, Khalil Hosseini, son of Mohammad, Massoud Bolvaye son of Mohammad and Khosro Soheili Far, son of Abdollah, were convicted on drugsrelated charges.

September 21, is a man hanged in Minab, province Hormuzgan.
According to newsagency Fars was his name "A.H" and he was sentenced for smuggling of 3600 kg. of crack.
The report didn’t mention whether the execution took place in the prison or in public.

Fars newsagency reported that a man who murdered the temporary husband of his ex-wife was sentenced to retribution(death), 2.5 years in prison, 74 lashes and bloodmoney on charges of intentional murder and burning the body.

This morning 17-year-old Alireza Mollasoltani has been hanged in public in Karaj, near Tehran.
Hij was sentenced to death for stabbing the Iranian champion of weightlifting Ruhollah Dadashi .
Several human rights organizations and the Norwegian government had called the scheduled execution "unlawful" and against the UN convention on the Rights of the Child,that has been ratified by Iran.

Iranian parliament deputy Laleh Eftekhari has criticized female defendants who appear in court wearing the compulsory chador.
She said that most guilty female defendants do not believe in the full-body Islamic veil and have to be forced to wear one when they appear in court.
Eftekhari also said that Iranian Prisons Organization, which requires women to wear the veil in court, should ask them instead to drape themselves in "bed sheets" or "a piece of cloth with the prison's logo."

September 18, 22 men have been hanged in Evin and Rajaei Sharprisons.Probably minors and Afghan citizens were among the executed.
The newspaper Iran identified the executed as:
Muhammad N. for transfer of 480 grams of heroin into the prison (Minor?), Avaz P. for organizing a drug smuggling gang and keeping 683 kilograms of opium, Agha H. for membership in a drug trafficking gang and keeping drugs, Jan B. for transfer of 425 grams of heroin into the prison, Ali J. for transfer of 385 grams of crack inside the prison, Saadi S. for keeping 908 grams of crack and 7,5 grams of opium and 15 grams of burnt opium, Ismail M. for distribution of 150 kilograms of opium, selling 50 kg "drugs" and keeping 20 kg of opium, Hassan T. for transfer of 265 grams of heroin into the prison, Mehdi P. for keeping 67 kg crack and 36 kg opium, Muhammad A. participation in trafficking of 702 grams of concentrated heroin and transferring 50 grams of heroin inside the prison, Abbas A. for keeping 2 kg and 200 grams of heroin, Omid Kh. for selling 4 kg heroin, Vahid M. September 19 were In Rajaei Shahr prison 7 men hanged.
The men were transported from Ghazel Hesar Prison to isolation in Rajaei Shahr prison.
The names and legal reasons were not given.
Saturday, September 17, twenty other prisoners awaiting execution met with their families in Evin Prison. These prisoners were transferred from Ward 2 in Ghazel Hesar Prison to isolation cells in Evin Prison last week.

Security forces in Tabriz arrested 30 people during iftar in the house of Mostafa Avazpour.
15 of them were sentenced to 2 years of suspended imprisonment and 4 months in prison in a court in the absence of their lawyers. The status of 15 others is unknown.
His brother says that Abdollah Sadoughi has been on hunger strike since his detainment and has been transferred to prison clinic after stomach bleeding.
At least two of the other prisoners, Mousa Barzin Khalifehlou and Mehdi Hamidi Shafagh are in hongerstrike.
Jamshid Zarei, Taghi Salahshour and Vahid Sheikh-beglou are imprisoned at the Intelligence Ministry and there have been no reports as to their condition.
