On July 19 were 2 men hanged in public.
In Shiraz was A.T. hanged for rape and murder.
In Zahedan was an unnamed man hanged for murdering Gholamhossein Jafari, a commander of the revolutionary guards.

USA urges harborauthorities to be on extra watch that no Iranian vessels flying false flags or sailing under fraudulent registrations.
Treasury Department said Thursday that Irans stateshipping line, IRISIL, was caught operating vessels with altered registrationnumbers to avoid the sanctions.
