She was convicted for murder, but it is said that she is innocent and had confessed to the murder under pressure.

In the prison of Qazvin were July 12 three men hanged.
A. Kh. (60) and G. Kh. (32) were convicted for keeping 4940 grams of heroin, and Gh. h. (49) was convicted for keeping of 4900 grams of opium and 900 grams of an opium product that is called "sookhteh".

Political prisoner and Deputy Director of Defenders of Human Rights Center Narges Mohammadi is transferred to Valiasr Hospital in Zanjan.
Her physical condition has deteriorated and her doctors said as a result of her acute neurological disorder leading to muscle paralysis.
Narges Mohammadi is serving a prisonsentence of seven years.

A former general of the revolutionary guards accused Supreme Leader Khamenei of of having blood on his hands over the brutal crackdown on the opposition, and described government claims that its nuclear programme is entirely peaceful as a “sheer lie”.
In a letter to oppositionleader Mohammad Nourizad he tells about political dissent within the ranks of the elite force in charge of the nuclear programme.
Only identified by his initials, the general says that he and a number of his colleagues were threatened with execution for disloyalty and then, after a series of secret courts-martial, were dismissed.

In the prison of the city of Yasooj, province Boyer-Ahmad were 2 men hanged.

Humanrightsactivist and journalist Nasour Taghipour has been arrested to serve a 7 years prisonsentence.Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) reports that Taghipour was arrested in 2010 along with 46 others in Qazvin and was released in June 2010 after 110 days of isolation.
Hij has been sentenced to 7 years in prison for membership of Human Rights Activists of Iran” and “propaganda against the regime.”

More then 300 workers at a company tied with Revolutionary Guards went on strike on July 7.

Website Kaleme reports that the government is forcing the poultry facilities to sell chickens less than their actual costss.
The price of chicken recently has risen sharp with prices ranging from 3 dollars to 4.25 per kilograms. The official price is set at 2.35 dollars per kilo. The employees of several poultryfacilities went on strike. .

More then 700 workers of Sepahan Cement Factory striked to protest discrimination in seniority and productivity benefits payments between the permanent and contracting workers.

Iran: sentenced July 11, 2012

July 10 were in the prison of Zahedan two men hanged.
The men, Mohammad Askani and Abdollatif Askani (no brothers) were sentenced to death for kidnapping, murder and sexual abuse of a woman.

The political prisoner Houshang Rezaei who was transferred from Evinprison to Reaei Shahrprison, has been sentenced to death by Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran .
In 2010 he was arrested in West-Iran and brought to ward 209 of Evin prison.
He was charged with Moharebeh (enmity against God) through cooperation and connection with a banned Kurdish political party.
In recent weeks were also 3 other political prisoners sentenced to death.

In the city of Sarab are more then 20 activists arrested. They were transferred to the intelligence headquarters in Tabriz.

Iran: believes July 10, 2012

In the prison of Qazvin are on July 9 three prisoners hanged.
H. B. and Gh. S. were convicted for participating in transport of 2680 grams of heroin, and M. Sh. was convicted for the sale of 68 kilos and 200 grams of opium.
In the prison of Baft July 8 a man was hanged.
The man, Kh. J. was convicted for smuggling morphium.

He also said that Israel makes decisions on behalf of the United States and makes policy for them.

USA called on Iran  to release pastor Youcef Nadarkhani, who is sentenced to death.
Since 2009 Nadarkhani (34), is in prison and he has been sentenced to death for converting to christianity.
He is still at risk to imminent execution and has gone in appeal.

Six political activists from Ahwaz were sentenced to death.
Mohammed Omouri, Hadi Rashidi, Hashem Shaabani, brothers Jaber al-Bushokeh and Mukhtar al-Bushokeh were sentenced to death for moharebeh and posing a threat to national security.
In the same case Abdul Rahman Asakereh is sentenced to 20 years in prison and was Ismail Abayat sentenced to 5 years in prison.

Iran: more July 8, 2012

In an article on website Kaleme said the head of the Contracting Workers Union said that since the start of the new year, more than three thousand contracting workers have been expelled from the production facilities.
He also said that this trend of layoffs will go further until the end of the year and has told ILNA, the Iranian Labour News Agency, that in the current year more than 90 percent in the nation’s working community work on three months contract basis at the production facilities.
According to Kaleme laying off contracting workers has become a standard and frequent news of the past years, and especially at this time that the current government is at the height of its incompetency, there does not go a week without news of this sort.

June 15 security agents raided the 6th General Assembly of the Coordinating Committee to Help Form Workers’ Organisations (CCHFW)1, fired shots and arrested more then 60 people. Most of the arrested were released on the next day. Jalil Mohammadi and Alireza Asgari are still detained.
Also Ali Nejati, Shahrokh Zamani, Mohammad Jarrahi, Behnam Ebrahimzadeh, Rassoul Bodaghi, Mohammad Hosseini, Mehdi Farahi Shandiz, and Ali Akhavan are still in prison.

Political prisoner Khaled Hardan is more then 20 years detained in Rajei Shahrprison. His request for a furlough to receive medical treatment for his heartproblems was denied.
He was initially sentenced to death for hijacking an airplane and his sentence was commuted to life imprisonment.

Official Iranian statetelevision charged Wednesday that the BBC hacked its website to change the results of a poll about Iran's nuclear program.
The TV report Wednesday said the actual figure was 24 percent, and the rest favored retaliation against the West with measures like closing the strategic Strait of Hormuz.

Iran: leave July 4, 2012

According to Iran Human Rights Documentation Center (IHRDC) a high bail was set for the temporary release of christian convert Mehrdad Sajjadi,.
May 24 he and his wife Forough Dashtianipour were arrested.
After a month of being held incommunicade a bail has been set of $90.000 for his temporary release.
His wife was released after 2 weeks at a bailsum of $80.000.

June 30, the dissident blogger and cleric Arash Honarvar Shojayee rwturned to EvinPrison after his temporary leave.
In an interview with International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran, he said that he will be put on trial on new charges of “propagating falsehoods with the intent to create public anxiety”.
He said that he developed epilepsy after he was severely beaten during interrogation.

More than 60 percent of the respondents in an poll on the website irinn.ir said they were in favor of Iran stopping its uranium-enrichment program in return for the gradual removal of international sanctions.
The poll has been since removed and replaced by another poll.
At the time that RFERL/Radio Farda recorded, 63% were in favor of giving up uranium enrichment in return of the gradual removal of sanctions, 20% wanted retaliatory measure by closing the Strait of Hormuz and 18% was for resistance against the unilateral sanctions for preserving nuclear rights.

A group of academics, including the spokesperson for the Coordination Council of the Green Path of Hope issued a statement in which they “categorically” condemn recent remarks made by Iran’s First Vice-President.
Last Tuesday, during a speech at an anti-drug conference in Tehran, he blamed the Talmud for the expansion of illegal drugs around the world, saying the "Zionists" were responsible for the world's major drug trade.
